Vouchers

The Vouchers tab provides a comprehensive system for managing promotional offers issued to players. This interface allows authorized staff to create, track, and manage promotional vouchers such as Free Play and Match Play offers that enhance the player experience and support marketing initiatives.
What It Does
The Vouchers interface enables staff to issue promotional credits to players, track voucher usage, and maintain a complete record of all promotional offers. This functionality supports player development efforts by providing tools to reward player loyalty, incentivize return visits, and enhance the overall gaming experience through targeted promotional offers.
Who It's For
Marketing staff, player development representatives, cage personnel, and supervisors who need to issue promotional offers to players, track redemption status, and maintain accurate records of all promotional activities.
Accessing Vouchers


From the main CardOpz menu, click on the Player Cage icon (red chip icon)
Select "Accounts" from the dropdown menu
Select a player from the Player Accounts list
Click the "Vouchers" tab in the player's account interface
Interface Components
Header Information

Top section displaying player identification:
Player Photo: Visual identification of the player
Player Name: Full name displayed prominently
Gaming Status: "Not Barred" indicator if player is allowed to game
Basic Information: DOB, address, card number, ID details
Voucher Controls


Buttons for managing voucher data:
New Voucher: Button to issue new promotional offer
Export Options: Copy, Excel, CSV, and Print functionality
Search: Find specific vouchers by various criteria
Show Entries: Control how many records display per page
Voucher Grid

Displays detailed voucher information:
ID: Unique identifier for each voucher
Type: Category of offer (Free Play, Match Play)
Amount: Value of the promotional offer
Issued: Date and time voucher was created
Printed: Date and time voucher was printed (if applicable)
Expired: Expiration date for the voucher
Comment: Notes regarding the offer or promotion
Employee: Staff member who issued the voucher
Actions: Options to void vouchers if needed
Using Vouchers
Creating New Vouchers

Click the "+ New Voucher" button
Select voucher type from available options:
Free Play: Complimentary gaming credits
Match Play: Matching bet offers
Enter the voucher amount
Add explanatory comment (e.g., "Welcome Back Offer," "Birthday Promotion")
Click "Issue Voucher" to create the voucher
Managing Existing Vouchers
Review the list of issued vouchers in the grid display
Track voucher status by checking Printed and Expired columns
Use search function to locate specific vouchers
Export voucher lists for reporting purposes
Void vouchers that should no longer be valid
Voiding Vouchers

Locate the voucher to be voided in the grid
Click the "Void" action button
Document the reason for voiding
Complete the void process with appropriate authorization
Verify the voucher is marked as voided in the system
Tracking Voucher Status
Review the "Printed" column to see if voucher has been issued
Check the "Expired" column for redemption deadline
Use comments field to understand promotion context
