Global Kiosk
What It Does
The Global Kiosk provides a self-service interface that allows players to manage their accounts, join waitlists, view and redeem promotions, and check their play history without requiring staff assistance. This reduces operational overhead while enhancing the player experience.

Why It Matters
Self-service options are critical for modern casino operations. The Global Kiosk reduces the need for operator intervention, decreases wait times for players, and enables efficient promotion management while providing players with easy access to their account information and gaming history.
Accessing the Global Kiosk
The Global Kiosk can be accessed in two ways:
From the Dashboard, click the Global Kiosk option in the Display Shortcuts section
From the Floor Management menu, select Global Kiosk
Kiosk Features
Player Login Methods
Players can access their accounts through multiple authentication methods:
Card Scan/Swipe: Players can tap, scan, or swipe their player card
Manual ID Entry: Players can manually enter their ID number
PIN Authentication: For security, players enter their PIN after card identification
Test Mode: Staff can use the "Click to Test" function to verify kiosk functionality

Player Account Access
Once authenticated, players can:
View Account Summary: See player ID, total points, and important stats
Check Points Earned: Review points earned in last 24 hours and year-to-date
Track Hours Played: Monitor both recent (24H) and year-to-date (YTD) play time
Update Account Information: Make changes to contact details (optional functionality)

Waitlist Management
Players can add themselves to game waitlists without staff assistance:
Select "Waitlist" from the main kiosk menu
Enter alias (nickname) for display
Provide cell phone number for notifications (optional)
Request accessibility seating if needed
Select from available game waitlists
Receive confirmation of waitlist placement

Promotion Features
The kiosk provides comprehensive promotion management:
View Available Promotions: Browse all eligible promotions
Free Play/Match Play Vouchers: View and redeem available vouchers
Wheel Spin Promotions: Participate in daily wheel spin promotions
Redemption Tracking: Track redemption history and limits (daily, etc.)
Promotion Receipts: Print vouchers and receipts for redeemed promotions

SMS Sign-Up Feature
Players can send account creation links to themselves or friends:
Allows players to create accounts on their mobile devices
Facilitates easy mobile app download via SMS
Seamlessly connects to LiveLinq mobile application

Player Experience Walkthrough
Welcome Screen
The initial screen presents options for:
Existing players to access their account
New players to sign up
Quick access to waitlists and promotions
Account Login
Player scans card or enters ID
System prompts for PIN entry on secure keypad
If PIN is forgotten, player is directed to front desk

After login, player sees:
Total points balance
Points earned (24-hour and YTD)

View all available promotions

Session Management
For security purposes:
Session timeout notifications appear after periods of inactivity
Players can choose to continue or end their session
Automatic logout occurs if no response to timeout warning
