Drag & Drop Games/Limits into empty waitlist slots

Creating and Organizing Waitlists

Waitlist blocks can be organized however makes sense for your operation:

  1. Drag an activated game/limit from the Games tab to an empty waitlist block

  2. The list starts as an "Interest List" until tables are assigned

  3. Arrange waitlists in order of popularity or by game type

Waitlist Organization Tips:

  • Keep similar games together (e.g., all Hold'em games in one section)

  • Place high-traffic games at the top for easier access

  • Limit the number of visible waitlists to prevent crowding the display

Table Assignment

Assigning Tables to Waitlists

  1. Go to the Tables tab to see all available tables

  2. Drag tables from the unassigned area to a game/limit list

  3. The list status will change from "Interest" to "Going" when tables have:

    • A dealer clocked in

    • At least one player seated

Checking Table Status

To see detailed table information:

  1. Click on any waitlist header

  2. Select Transfer

  3. View the table summary showing:

    • Number of tables assigned

    • Players currently seated

    • Available seats per table

Table Management Tips:

  • Regularly check for incorrectly assigned tables

  • Tables can be reassigned between waitlists as needed during operation

  • Tables without dealers won't count toward available seats

Must-Move Configuration

Must-move lists create a structured system where players move from lower tables to main tables in order of their clock-in time.

Setting Up Must-Move Lists

  1. Go to the Must-Moves section

  2. Select a main table (the destination table)

  3. Select a feeder table (the source table)

  4. Click Link

Advanced Must-Move Structures

You can create multi-level must-move structures:

Example: Three-Tier Structure

  • Table 7 feeds into Table 6

  • Table 6 feeds into Table 4

  • Table 4 is the main table

Example: Multiple Feeders to One Main

  • Tables 5 and 6 both feed into Table 4

  • Players from both tables will be ordered by clock-in time

How the System Works:

  • Players seated at feeder tables automatically appear on the must-move list

  • Order is determined strictly by player clock-in time

  • When a seat opens on the main table, the first player on the must-move list gets priority

  • The system maintains fairness by using objective timestamps

Waitlist Display Configuration (Global, All Waitlist's)

Global Waitlist Display

The main display that shows all active waitlists:

  1. Click Waitlist Display

  2. It automatically opens with your logo and all active waitlists

  3. If you have more lists than fit on one screen, they'll scroll automatically

Display Behavior:

  • Regular waiting players appear in white

  • Paged players appear in yellow

  • The display updates in real-time as changes occur

Custom Waitlist Display

For creating specialized displays for different areas:

  1. Click Custom Waitlist Display

  2. Select a range of lists to display:

    • 1 through 8

    • 9 through 16

    • 17 through 24

Use Cases:

  • VIP section display

  • High-limit area display

  • Tournament area display

  • Specific game type displays

Display Best Practices

  • Position displays where players can easily see them

  • Consider separate displays for high-traffic areas

  • Test visibility from different angles and distances

  • For large rooms, use multiple displays showing different game groups

Configuration Troubleshooting

  • Check if tables are already assigned to another list

  • Verify you're dragging from the Tables tab, not Games tab

Problem: Must-move not working properly

  • Ensure tables are correctly linked

  • Verify proper clock-in procedures are being followed

  • Check that main table is correctly designated

  • Refresh the display page

  • Verify network connectivity

  • Check that changes were saved in Waitlist Manager
