Tournament Reports provide comprehensive data and analysis for all aspects of your tournament operations. These reports track registrations, results, finances, and player statistics to support operational management, regulatory compliance, and business intelligence.

Who They're For

Tournament directors, accounting staff, compliance officers, and management who need accurate data on tournament operations, player activities, and financial outcomes.

Accessing Tournament Reports

  1. From the main CardOpz navigation menu, click on "Reports"

  2. Select "Tournament Reports" category

  3. Choose the specific report you need

  4. If available, configure any date range you need up to 30 days

Tournament Registration Report

Tracks all player registrations across tournaments.

Tournament Registration Report

Key Information:

  • Player name and ID

  • Tournament name and date

  • Buy-in amount and breakdown

  • Registration time and method

  • Table and seat assignment

  • Entry #

  • Cashier (CardOpz user)

  • Transaction Log (timestamp)

Common Uses:

  • Verification of entry counts

  • Audit of registration procedures

  • Analysis of player registration patterns

  • Financial reconciliation of buy-ins

Tournament Results Report

Provides comprehensive data on tournament outcomes and final standings.

Tournament Final Results Report

Key Information:

  • Complete finishing order of all paid participants

  • Prize amount for each paid position

  • Player information for all recipients (if available)

  • Tournament statistics (Entries, GTD amount, Prize Pool, and Entry Fee)

  • Hendon Mob formatted export option

    • User is responsible in ensuring accuracy of this export

Common Uses:

  • Player payout verification

  • Updating leaderboards

  • Submission to poker tracking databases (Hendon Mob)

  • Marketing material for future events

  • Historical tournament performance analysis

Payout Slip Report (Only available from the tournament controller of the selected event under "reports")

Manages the process of finalizing and distributing tournament prizes.

Payout Slips Report

Key Information: Registration must be closed to access

  • Player identification and verification

  • Prize amount based on payout template

  • Payout method options (Voucher, Monetary)

  • Payout receipts/slips/vouchers

  • Can edit/add/remove any payout to accommodate any change needed

  • Requires digital signature for final approval

    • Signature is automated

Common Uses:

  • Processing final table payouts

  • Documenting prize distribution

  • Editing payouts on the fly for bubble positions or final table chops

  • Creating audit trail for payouts

Chip Count Report

Tracks player chip counts throughout the tournament.

Chip Count Report

Key Information:

  • Player name and ID

  • Card number

  • City/State

  • Chip Count

    • Input chip totals for each player

    • Save once completed

  • Day 2 Table/Seat (will display n/a if players are moved to main event with no tables/seats open beforehand)

  • Chip Verification

    • Verify all chip values for each player then finalize

Common Uses:

  • Multi-Flight Events

  • Automatically assign players a table/seat with printable bag tags

    • Not required to use auto assign seats

  • Media reporting and updates

Chip Count Roll-Up Report

Provides aggregate chip count verification and tracking.

Key Information:

  • Complete list of all players who qualified for main event

    • Main Event Table/Seat assignments if assigned

    • Player Name

    • City/State

    • Flight Carryover (* applied to Day 2)

  • Players with multiple bags will have each chip total listed in order of highest to lowest and an * next to the amount carry overed to the main event (defaults largest bag)

  • Easily export to an excel file and edit as needed

Funds Received Report

Tracks all financial transactions related to tournament entries.

Export/Print Capabilities

  • Select "printer" icon located in top-right of screen

  • Select print if a printer is assigned to PC

  • Select "save as" to save in your desired format

Use the Tournament Final Results Report's export function to generate a properly formatted file for submission to The Hendon Mob's database. Users are responsible for information exported and ensuring accuracy. Then follow The Hendon Mobs directions for upload to their database.
