Common Questions
How do I clone an existing tournament?
Currently, you need to create a new tournament and manually copy the settings. A dedicated clone function may be added in a future update. (we have a clone feature)
Can I edit a tournament after it has started?
Limited edits can be made to active tournaments. Major changes like structure modifications should be made before the event begins.
How do I handle a canceled tournament?
If a tournament must be canceled, use the Delete function if no registrations exist. Otherwise, document the cancellation and process refunds through the Registration View. (does this mean void? no "refund" option exists)
What does the "Qualified" tag indicate?
This shows the tournament has met minimum requirements to run (either reaching the minimum player count or being manually approved).
