Breaking Tables

Breaking tables to keep the tournament balanced:
Select the "Break Table" button on the desired table Note: The system will not allow a table to be broken if there are not enough open seats for players moving. Meaning if you try to break a 7 handed table and there are only 6 open seats, the system will prevent you from breaking that table.
Check "Send SMS" if you want to send text notifications of new seat assignments
Break Table receipts will automatically print for players moving from the broken table
The broken table will still appear in Section View but will be labeled as "Closed"
System automatically:
Assigns players to available seats at other tables
Balances tables optimally
Generates break table receipts for all players being moved
Break table receipt includes identifying information as well as new table and seat assignment
Table Redraw Procedures

When rebalancing the entire tournament:
Click the gear icon and select "Redraw Tables"
Enter the desired "Players Per Table" and select whether to send SMS notifications
Click "Next"
If an additional table is open (for example, if a closed table is still displayed), you may be prompted to select a table to close
Select "Save Changes" and then "Finalize Redraw"
A list of new seat assignments will automatically be printed for each active table
