  2. Check "Send SMS" if you want to send text notifications of new seat assignments

  3. Break Table receipts will automatically print for players moving from the broken table

  4. The broken table will still appear in Section View but will be labeled as "Closed"

  5. System automatically:

    • Assigns players to available seats at other tables

    • Balances tables optimally

    • Generates break table receipts for all players being moved

  6. A list of new seat assignments will automatically be printed for each active table

Best Practices

Table Balance

  • Maintain tables within 1-2 players of each other

  • Break tables from different areas to avoid moving the same players repeatedly

  • Consider dealer rotations when selecting tables to break

  • Monitor imbalances after each player elimination

Player Experience

  • Ensure that players are aware that their table is breaking and receive their new table and seat assignment

  • Ensure players are provided with empty chip racks to assist in moving their chips

  • Players are expected to promptly move to their new table and seat assignment

Operational Efficiency

  • Break tables promptly

  • Coordinate table breaks with breaking order

  • Have staff available to assist with proving empty chip racks, moving belongings, cleaning up broken table, etc.,

  • Ensure that all players move promptly to their new seating assignment

  • Remove broken table from rotation (if not reusing right away)
