Common Questions
How do new players get added to the system?
Players can be added either through direct registration by staff or through the SMS self-registration process. Note that player accounts created in either manner cannot be deleted from the system for regulatory compliance reasons.
How are duplicate accounts handled?
The Merging Duplicates tab automatically identifies potential duplicates based on name and date of birth. Staff can then review these matches, select which information to retain, and merge the accounts into a single master profile.
Can players update their own information?
Players cannot directly edit their profiles. Staff must make changes based on player requests and appropriate verification of identity.
