SMS Registration

The SMS Registration interface allows staff to process and verify remote registrations via SMS. This screen provides tools for reviewing self-registered player information, verifying identity, and approving new player accounts before they are added to your main player database.
What It Does
The SMS tab manages the verification workflow for players who have self-registered through the SMS invitation system. It gives staff the ability to review submitted information, compare it against identification documents, and either approve, reject, or edit player profiles before they are fully integrated into your database.
Who It's For
Registration staff, compliance officers, and floor managers who need to verify player information for accuracy and regulatory compliance before approving new player accounts.

Common Questions
How long do players have to complete registration after receiving the SMS link?
Registration links expire after 24 hours. If a player loses their link or it expires, you can send a new link by entering their phone number again.
What if the player information doesn't match their ID?
Use the "Edit" button to correct any discrepancies before verification. If there are significant concerns about identity, use the "Reject" button and create a new profile with accurate information.
Can a player be verified without physically visiting the venue?
Standard procedure requires in-person verification with a government-issued ID. However, your venue policies and local regulations may allow for alternative verification methods.
What happens to rejected registrations?
Rejected registrations are removed from the pending list but logged in the system. The player can be sent a new registration link if needed.
