Patron List (Web)
The Patron List interface is your membership hub for viewing, searching, and managing all player profiles across your venue. This screen provides a comprehensive overview of all registered players with quick access to detailed profile information, visit history, and player actions.
What It Does
The Patron List allows staff to quickly locate player profiles, view essential player information, and access detailed player records. It serves as the main entry point for all patron management functions, including profile updates, history tracking, and registration management.
Who It's For
Registration staff, floor managers, player development representatives, and security personnel who need to quickly access player information, verify identities, and manage player accounts.
Accessing Patron List
From the main CardOpz menu, click on the Users icon (gold person icon)
Select "Patron Management"
Interface Components
Main Patron Grid
Displays all registered players with key information at a glance:
ID: Internal database identifier
Player ID: Player's unique card number
RFID: Radio frequency identification for player cards
Name: Player's full name
Alias: Player's preferred nickname
DOB: Date of birth for age verification
Actions: Quick access buttons for Details and History
Search and Filtering
Tools for finding specific players:
Search Field: Find players by name, ID, or other criteria
Column Visibility: Customize displayed columns
Show Entries: Control how many records display per page
Pagination: Navigate through multiple pages of results
Registration Button
Send Player Registration Invite: Button to initiate SMS registration
Opens registration modal for sending self-registration links
Action Buttons
Each player has action buttons for quick access:
Details: Opens comprehensive player profile
History: Shows player visit history

Finding Players
Enter search terms in the search field
Press enter to return search results
Navigate between results pages if needed
Viewing Player Details
Click the "Details" button for any player
The Player Info modal opens showing:
Player photo (if available)
ID/Passport/Other ID information on file
Time/Credit balance
Member status
Gaming status
Personal information
Contact details
Address information (ideally pulled from government issued ID)
Marketing Opt In
Checking Player History
Click the "History" button for any player
View chronological visit data including:
Visit dates and times
Filter by year to narrow results
Sending Registration Invites
Click "Send Player Registration Invite"
Enter the player's mobile number
System sends self-registration link via SMS
Player completes their own profile for later verification

Use the search function to quickly locate returning players

Common Questions
How do I find a player if I only have partial information?
Use the search field with whatever information you have. The system will return all potential matches for name, DOB, or ID# on file so that you can then narrow down visually based on returned results.
What if a player's card doesn't match their profile information?
Access their profile through the Details button, verify their identity through secondary means (ID check), and update any incorrect information.
How can players register themselves?
Use the "Send Player Registration Invite" button to send an SMS link. The player completes registration on their mobile device, and staff can verify the account in the SMS tab. OR the player can go to a kiosk in the room and send an SMS link to anyone.
Can I export the patron list?
Export functionality is restricted for security reasons. Contact your CardOpz administrator if you need an export of player data.
