Player Tracking Reports
Overview
The Player Tracking Reports provide comprehensive data and analysis tools for monitoring patron activity, visit patterns, and purchase history. These reports support operational management, marketing initiatives, player development, and compliance requirements related to patron activity.
Player Tracking Reports offer detailed insights into patron behavior and activity through specialized reports focused on different aspects of patron engagement. From basic visit counting to detailed purchase analysis, these reports provide the data needed to understand player activity patterns and support business decisions.

Who They're For
Marketing managers, player development representatives, compliance officers, and venue management who need accurate data on player activity, visitation patterns, spending habits, and demographic trends to support operational decisions and strategic planning.
Accessing Player Tracking Reports

From the main CardOpz navigation menu, click on "Reports & Analytics"
Select "Player Reports" category
Choose the specific report you need
Configure date ranges and filters as needed
Player Check-In Reports
Provides detailed tracking of all player visits to your venue. Depending on your venues business and workflows your club will have a dedicated report for your workflow. These workflows / reports include:
Standard ID Check In - For Membership Clubs, Casino's and cardrooms that scan player IDs to gain entry to the facility, each scan will be logged to the report: Player Check-in History
CMS Core (Legacy Integrated Solution) - For Casino's and ITCS CMS users, Cardopz has developed a one way integration to connect the cloud solution to your on prem. application to check if your players in that system have been previously barred. This method & report requires the CMS application and historic data to see or populate the report: Security Entry Check
No Door Check - For Casino's or rooms that do not require a player to scan an ID to enter the facility, or for clubs that are trying to gauge when a player starts playing, use the report: Patron Daily Count.
Player Check-In History Report

Key Information:
Player name and ID
Date and time of each visit
Entry points
Staff who processed check-in
Common Uses & Reasons to Export Data:
Surveillance / Security review entry or incident information
Tracking visit frequency
Analyzing peak visit times
Monitoring player activity levels
Verifying presence for promotions
Supporting compliance requirements
In Depth Report Review - Player Checkin History Report
Security Entry Check (CMS Barred Players)
Records data from scanned IDs - Checks the CMS database for a match, if barred flags the player for security to stop them at the door.
Note: When this process is used, it will auto-create players in Cardopz based of ID information. This is typically used for clubs that are migrating from CMS to Cardopz, or who run both solutions in parallel.

Patron Daily Count Report
Tracks aggregate patron counts and visitation patterns across your venue.
Use this report to:
Best 'Guestimate' for player arrival if no front entry scan processes at your club
Know the first time a player sits at a table for the day
Also helpful if running analysis on players who come to the club but don't sit to play.
Export a list of how long all your players played for the selected day
How to Use:
Select a date and click load
Click column header to filter by that column
Click CSV to export your data out in spreadsheet format for further analysis

In Depth Report Review - Patron Daily Count Report
Barred Player Report
Requirements: This report currently only populates data when using the standard Cardopz check-in method. (CMS integration does not populate this report).
Player Exists in Cardopz Database
Player is Barred and the Barred Expiration date is after current day (today).
Option - Player uses an ID that matches a barred player record, or has the same name & DOB as a barred player prompting surveillance to select Barred or Not. If barred is selected, player will appear on this report.
Use this report to:
Drill into instances of a barred player attempting to gain access to your facility.
Report rolls up attempts by month
Expand months to see specific day an attempt was made.
Export data in various formats or print the repot directly from here.

Daily Player Volume (Player MVP Report)
Cardopz offers a report to help your concierge and marketing / promo team members identify your most loyal and dedicated players.
Use this report to:
Query a date range to return your total # of visits and average daily visits.
Based on Scans (Security Check-In or CMS Barred Check Processes Work)
1 Visit per day max is counted.
Rank your players based strictly on visits - this report counts 1 visit per day.
In the example below 6 players have attended daily so are all in '1st place'. Those with 27 visits are ranked 2nd. This pattern will continue until the top 10% are queried.
How to Use:
Select from & to date & other filters as desired - Click 'Filter' Button.
Review Top Header Section for summary information
Click CSV or PDF to export your data out in spreadsheet or printable formats
Note - This report only includes the top 10% of players, as this report has the potential to return millions of records based on your venue's player volume. If you need more than the top 10%, open a support ticket with Cardopz who can schedule running the report at a time to least impact your database performance.

Daily Player Volume Report

Purchase History Report
Tracks all tournament buy-in and social-membership transactions associated with individual players. Note - To see player cage transactions, vouchers or payout details, users should review the Player Cage - Player Account Details.
Who this is for: Typically membership or Tournament Specific clubs.
Key Information:
Memberships, Play Credit & Tournament Buy-in transaction history by date / player
Summary & Transaction Level Report can be queried or exported to CSV or PDF
Review:
Purchase types and categories
Date and time of transactions
Transaction amounts and payment methods
Staff who processed transactions
Promotional offer utilization
Common Uses:
Membership Clubs roll-up subscription purchases each day
Find players making the most transactions
Identify the players who spend the most time on tables.

In Depth Report Review - Purchase History Report
Promo Redemption Analysis Report
Tracks all Promo Redemptions from the Player Kiosk at both summary & individual redemption levels.
Who this is for: For clubs who provide player promotions through Cardopz. Typically promotion and floor managers are working closely with management to create and monitor promotions to best drive traffic and keep players engaged.
Key Information by Section:
Summary Dashboard : Query and analyze total number of redemptions for a promo vs how many redemptions for the queried period.

Redemption Transaction - Activity Log : Each instance of a player redeeming a promotional voucher through the player kiosk.

Review:
Promo's by Name, Status & Scheduled Date Range
Queried & Total promo redemptions by promo.
Timestamps of each redemption by day & time by player.
Common Uses:
Export records for total payout by day or player across a day or range.
Confirm player pool payouts are in line with actual payouts.
Analyze best Day / Time of week for peak redemptions.

Common Questions
How long is player history retained?
The system retains complete player history from the implementation of the CardOpz system forward, with no automatic purging of historical data. This ensures comprehensive player tracking for the life of your operation.
Can I request custom reports?
While the standard reports cover most operational needs, custom report development is can be achieved by either exporting your data to CSV. Additional data can be made available through your CardOpz support team. Contact your account manager to discuss custom reporting requirements or scheduling routine exports.
