This method & report requires the CMS application and historic data to see or populate the report: Security Entry Check

  3. No Door Check - For Casino's or rooms that do not require a player to scan an ID to enter the facility, or for clubs that are trying to gauge when a player starts playing, use the report: Patron Daily Count.

  • Analyze patterns for retention opportunities

Operational Integration

  • Share relevant report insights with appropriate departments

  • Use tracking data to inform marketing initiatives

  • Incorporate visit patterns into staffing decisions

  • Leverage purchase history for player reinvestment

  • Document report usage for compliance purposes

Common Questions

How long is player history retained?

The system retains complete player history from the implementation of the CardOpz system forward, with no automatic purging of historical data. This ensures comprehensive player tracking for the life of your operation.

Can I request custom reports?

While the standard reports cover most operational needs, custom report development is can be achieved by either exporting your data to CSV. Additional data can be made available through your CardOpz support team. Contact your account manager to discuss custom reporting requirements or scheduling routine exports.
