Patron Daily Count Report

Patron Daily Count

What It Does

The Patron Daily Count report tracks the first time each unique player is seated at a table each day. This provides an accurate count of active players and captures valuable information about player arrival times, play duration, and visit patterns.

Why It Matters

This report helps you understand daily player volume, identify busy periods, track player retention, and measure the effectiveness of promotions or events. It's particularly valuable for clubs that don't use a formal check-in system, as it provides concrete data on player participation.

Common Questions

Q: How is this different from Player Checkin History? A: This report focuses specifically on the first time a player is seated each day, providing a true count of unique daily players, while Player Checkin History shows all entry/exit events.

Q: Does this count observers or non-playing visitors? A: No, this only counts players who were seated at tables.

Q: Why might the counts differ from my door entry system? A: Door entry systems count all visitors, including those who don't play, while this report counts only seated players. The difference can help you understand conversion rates.

Q: Can I see which games these players played? A: This report doesn't show game selection. For that information, use the Table Activity Report or Player Activity Reports.
