Q: Can I export redemption data for a longer historical period? A: Yes, you can set the date range for up to 90 days. For longer periods, you may need to run multiple reports.

Q: Why might there be a discrepancy between redemption counts in different reports? A: Ensure you're using the same date ranges and filters. Also, some reports may count attempted redemptions while others count only completed ones.
