The Dealer Activity Report provides a detailed view of an individual dealer's performance across all tables and shifts. This report tracks session times, hands dealt, collection rates, and other key metrics that help evaluate dealer efficiency and table management.

Dealer performance directly impacts player experience, game pace, and revenue. This report helps floor managers evaluate dealer productivity, provide targeted training, optimize scheduling, and make informed decisions about staff assignments.

Accessing the Report

  1. From the main menu, select Reports

  2. Click on Dealer Activity Report

  3. Search for a specific dealer or select from the dropdown

  4. Set your desired date range (up to 30 days)

  5. View the report or export the data

Dealer Performance Timeline

  • Visual representation of dealer activity by day and hour

  • Color-coded blocks showing active dealing periods

Session Metrics

For each dealer session, you can view:
