Common Questions
Q: How is the hands per hour calculated? A: The system counts each hand dealt during the session and divides by the session duration in hours.
Q: Why might a dealer's metrics vary between tables? A: Game type, player count, player skill level, and time of day all impact dealing speed. These factors should be considered when evaluating performance.
Q: Can dealers see their own stats? A: By default, dealers don't have access to this report. However, managers can share relevant metrics during performance reviews.
Q: How far back can I view dealer data? A: While the standard view is limited to 30 days, historical data is maintained in the system. Contact support for assistance with extended historical analysis.
